Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from Canada.
Shipping Rates:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $70.
For orders under $70, a flat shipping fee of $10 will be applied for Canada address and $12 for U.S. address at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier volume and other factors beyond our control.
- Canada: Typically, 5-10 business days
- United States: Delivery may take slightly longer than domestic shipments, typically 7-15 business days.
Please note that the delivery estimates above do not include order processing time.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
For orders shipped to the United States, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined by customs in the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will be required to reship the order.
